Washington Monument

We had a great day today, and experienced something that very few people do.  We drove

our boat into Washington DC and saw the monuments from the water.  It was very cool.

There were a couple of breath holding moments when we went under  a low bridge, but it all worked out great.  We are spending the night in Alexandria with the Capital and Washington Monuments in our sights.
