Todays blog is 24 hours late. It seems that the top of Georgian Bay has no service and when you anchor in the Bustards Islands there
is nothing. So today we are in Killarney and they have some service. Our trip to the Bustards was great. The weather was perfect, water calm, but the morning was foggy but that's OK.
When we got there the fishing poles came out, and the dinghy

came down. Jim, Whitney, and Ben climbed in and took off. 50

feet from the boat they stopped and changed places and Jim began to row, 60ft from the boat they stopped once more and chased places again. Jim is still rowing but in the front instead of the back.

Amanda and I stayed behind and waved them off. About 10 minutes later we get a radio call from the dinghy that they were now walking in the woods. Amanda and I had just settled down to a glass of wine when the dinghy returned. We inquired why they were back so soon and they told us "the fish weren't biting and there were to many trees in the forest to hike". So much for exploring the Bustards. Once back on the boat, everyone but me

put on their swimsuits and jumped off the boat for a swim in Georgian Bay. After drying off we

dinner and evening. Having the family on board is a big check on
our bucket list. We don't want them to leave.
Wonderful!
